With my second novel, Men of No Honor, I turn inland to the parched deserts of Brahmapur, weaving a visceral neo-western noir about loyalty, betrayal, and the futility of violence.
My prose is cinematic yet intimate, often examining how flawed people confront impossible circumstances. I write not just to tell stories, but to understand the quiet desperation that drives men and women to cross the line — and what, if anything, lies beyond.

From its opening pages, Shalabh Tandon plunges me into a dangerous underworld where loyalty is fragile, violence is currency, and every decision comes with a price. What begins as a disrupted clandestine delivery soon spirals into an explosive chain of events, drawing together enemies, criminals, law enforcers, and innocent civilians in a story that rarely allows the reader a moment to breathe.
At the heart of the novel is the uneasy alliance between Raghavan, a weary police officer haunted by his past, and Hussain, the ruthless successor to a criminal empire. Their relationship is one of the book’s greatest strengths. Rather than presenting a simplistic battle between good and evil, the story blurs those boundaries, showing how survival often demands impossible compromises. Their reluctant partnership is layered with distrust, resentment, and an understanding that neither can succeed alone.
The arrival of Elijah Stone injects an entirely new level of tension into the narrative.
