BOOK REVIEW :
A book with some good poems makes a great for some great moments with some coffee or add in some special vibes at midnight.
Such is this book by the poet Amrik Singh, " Awaaz : The Poetic Rhythms " offers a captivating journey through the collection of poems that delves deep into the human experience, capturing emotions that are often difficult to express as the title suggests “Awaaz” i.e Voice.
Each poem in this collection reads like a heartfelt conversation, inviting readers to reflect on their own experiences and emotions. Although all the poems are great in this collection and have its own relevance however I liked the poem, ‘’THE LAST WISH‘’ and a few lines that really touched my heart are as follows
"Before she left,
I whispered one last wish:
I wish your name were Death,
Then I'd know for certain
That one day
You'd come back for me."
Moreover, it is a book that speaks to the universal experiences of love, pain, and longing, reminding us that, despite our differences, we are all connected by the shared journey of life.
This is a must-read for all poetry enthusiasts and those in search of a profound and soul-stirring literary experience. The author's poetic brilliance shines brightly in this extraordinary collection.
