BOOK REVIEW :

I don’t know what to write about this book however I can say one thing that whether you are in a relationship or not this is a perfect guide book to understand your relationship and make it happy , productive and meaningful at the same time self love and understanding the situation and dealing with toxic situations.

The book is divided into five parts namely :

Part 1 : The Nature of Love
Part 2 : First Connection
Part 3 : Cultivating Healty Bonds
Part 4 : The Realities of Relationships
Part 5 : Letting Go With Grace

All the parts of the book has its own important depending upon your situation however Part 4 is for all. And I have learnt a lot of things from this part . Such as how to bring forgiveness in a relationship,
how distraction lead to destruction and many more.

Lines such as : " Happy couples aren't just the ones posting kissing selfies. They're the ones having uncomfortable conversations, helping each other overcome trauma and ugly-crying to save their relationship.
Happy couple prioritize growth and are a source of inspiration for each other . " are really gives a reality checks.

Here I do not want to increase the conversation more . I have uploaded many reels and a dedicated Instagram Post for this book where you will find some lovely yet impactful annotations from this book.

Just grab a copy of this book you will never be disappointed and this book worth investing time.
