 A self-help book blending with spirituality can offer readers practical guidance while tapping into deeper aspects of personal growth and inner fulfillment. My recent read 'BE-com-ing Authentically Me' is such a book that provides insights on mindfulness, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself.

At the very beginning of the book author has discussed Earth's creation and evolution from a spiritual viewpoint, introducing Lemuria and Atlantis as ancient civilizations. Lemuria is portrayed as a harmonious society with master crystal healers, while Atlantis faced challenges due to ego and duality, leading to its demise. The Anunnaki, a superior race, is mentioned in connection with humanity's origin. The narrative blends spiritual, mythological, and speculative elements to present a distinct perspective on Earth's history. I really enjoyed the way of writing that blends spiritual, mythological, and practicality. 

Author has shared her own life experience which is very relatable to all.

A standout feature of this book is its unique blend of personal anecdotes, channeled messages from various spiritual entities, and practical guidance. This combination provides readers with a holistic approach to overcoming challenges, navigating the complexities of life, and embarking on a journey toward enlightenment and authenticity.

As I find this book interesting as well as beneficial, I highly recommend it to all.
